Red Star Rising

Story: You play as Vasily, a Soviet soldier tasked to clear the collapsed bunker, Liberate the small village of, Kimzha, take out the German camp near the village and the second camp near the Chernyayevsky mountain. After you have cleared to forest there will be a truck driven by comrade Ilya waiting for at the end of the dirt road near the German's mountain camp to pick you up.

Disclaimers/important information: i highly recommend that once you are in the game you change the quality settings to high to make the games graphics look better. The quality in the screenshots does not represent the game, the quality was lowered to meet the storage requirements to be uploaded.

Description: This is the first game I've ever made on my own so it may be rough around the edges. I used GameGuru to create this game as well as some assets from their store. 

Controls: WASD to move, hold SHIFT to run, E to open doors and pick up weapons, SPACE to jump, LMB to shoot, hold RMB to aim, MOUSE WHEEL to change weapons, and ESC to access the in-game menu and settings.

Future things: I do plan to make more game with this tool and with a similar style. I already have an Idea for another WW2 game but this is just a prototype/Proof-of-concept type game to test how it works and as practice for me to make better games in the future, however I only plan to update this game if necessary.
